Chúng tôi tin rằng giáo dục không phải là đặc quyền — đó là quyền lợi. Learning Wings tồn tại để biến niềm tin đó thành hiện thực cho trẻ em ở những ngọn núi xa xôi nhất của Việt Nam.
Learning Wings was founded in 2022 by a group of educators and volunteers who visited remote schools in Vietnam's northern mountains and saw the same thing: classrooms full of brilliant, curious children — and almost no tools to help them thrive.
We knew that geography should never determine destiny. So we started small — one classroom, one set of laptops, one week of teaching. And we kept coming back.
Today, Learning Wings runs programs across 12 communities, with over 80 volunteers and a growing network of supporters who believe, like we do, that education is the most powerful gift we can give.
Every child deserves the same tools and opportunities, regardless of where they were born. Distance should not limit dreams.
We don't bring handouts — we bring capability, confidence, and skills that last a lifetime. Education empowers children to shape their own futures.
We work with local schools, families, and teachers — not around them. Sustainable change only happens when communities are partners, not recipients.
We build relationships, not one-off events. Every program is designed to leave something lasting behind — skills, materials, and inspired local teachers.
We bring the same quality of education found in city schools — digital skills, English, and inspirational role models — to mountain communities.
Behind every statistic is a child with a name, a story, and a dream. We never lose sight of the human at the center of everything we do.
The education gap between rural mountain communities and urban Vietnam is not just wide — it is widening. Without intervention, these children face compounding disadvantages throughout their lives.
Many mountain schools have no computers, internet, or digital devices. Children graduate without basic digital literacy required in today's workforce.
English proficiency opens doors to higher education and global opportunities. Without foundational skills, children face barriers that follow them for life.
Local schools struggle with outdated materials, teacher shortages, and little connection to modern teaching methods or role models.
Distance from cities means children rarely encounter people or experiences that broaden their sense of what's possible for their own lives.
